A professional program designed for students who want intensive, performance-focused training that prepares them for a career in the field of musical theatre. Includes study in the areas of acting, singing and dancing with regular performance opportunities in C别苍迟别谤听S迟补驳别,听S迟耻诲别苍迟听S耻肠肠别蝉蝉,听Showcase, and Cabaret productions that allow students to apply their training and in real productions and build a performance resum茅. Graduates leave with听a strong foundation听for careers in theatre, musical theatre, film, and related performance fields. This degree requires an听audition听and continued participation听in the program听depends on听demonstrated听growth, commitment, and professional potential.听听

Auditions are听required听for听Admission to听the BFA degree Program.听听
All students applying for this program听are required to听audition in person or virtually. Auditions will include the following:听听
Two musical theatre selections (a pre- and a post-1965 piece), a short dance combination, a one-minute monologue, a headshot, and a resume
Auditions for 2027-2028 and beyond will be in February/March听each Academic Year听
