Protocol Modifications
Modification Instructions:
- Login to聽
- Under 鈥淢y Studies鈥� select the study that you want to modify
- Click on the 鈥淣ew Submission鈥� button
- From the menu, choose 鈥淢odification鈥�
- Click “Edit” to open your approved protocol
- Make the modifications to your protocol
- When you are finished click 鈥淐omplete Submission鈥�
- After completing the submission make sure to certify
- Certification by the PI (and potentially Co-PIs) is required for the submission to proceed to review.
NOTE: Do not implement any changes to your study until the review process is completed and
your modification is approved by the IRB.
