Patient Portal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The patient portal <\/strong>is an important communication tool used regularly by students for their care. The portal is used to upload immunization information, make appointments, communicate with providers, and access health resources. 糖心Vlog官方 Student Health Services also sends opt-in text messages via the portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before you come in for your appointment, you can complete your health history and sign the \u201cConsent to Treat\u201d in the patient portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Health Services Mission Statement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The mission of 糖心Vlog官方 Student Health Services is to ensure delivery of affordable, accessible and high quality health care integrated with the promotion of lifelong wellness for 糖心Vlog官方 students. To that end we offer a range of services, from sick visits to physicals, including diagnostic testing, immunizations, women’s health, and lab\/x-ray services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Need Us After We Have Closed?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    An after hours telephone advice nurse is available by calling 615-898-2988 and following the prompts. Experienced advice nurses can help you figure out the best course of action: do you need immediate medical care, an appointment the next day, or will self-care help you? You may be asked for your student M number in order to use this service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Important Note:<\/strong> The after-hours service is for those who are sick. If you have a routine or minor health concern or question, you should continue to call us during the day or leave a message to be answered the next business day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
